As special season preparation all Direxiv drivers meet together in St.
Moritz. We had a nice, but very hard time although. To start in our
motor sport seasons with best physical and mental fitness we had to
overcome very demanding trainings.
So we’re going 32 km XC-skiing or 15km jogging with our trainer Bernie
Shrosbree but always at -18 to -25 degrees. To warm up again in the
following training units we had to swim, or go to the gym. Special
concentration and response trainings completed our exercises.
The seven days at St. Moritz were very hard training, but it was a very good
time to improve my fitness further for my coming season in the British
Formula 3 Championship and to get know the other Direxiv drivers. I
thank my partner Direxiv for that chance.
