After the
disappointing weekend at Mondello
Park
my first priority was to look ahead and prepare myself for the upcoming races
at Snetterton.
Since Mondello
Park
I have been busy testing in my Direxiv Carlin Motorsport powered car for two
days in Pembrey. During this test we have had the chance to test several very
interesting solutions for the next races. After the test I flew back home to
work on my fitness, which will hopefully give me another edge over my
opponents.
As I'm a great fan of football and naturally although
of the German team, the past weekend was very much dedicated to the final two
matches. The final between France
and Italy
will remain a special memory for me. I was able to watch it in Rome
at the "Circo Massimo" together with 500.000 Tivosi. The feeling as Italy
lifted the cup can only be described as a "goose bump" feeling, when the whole
crowd went absolutely "crazy".
Snetterton is a track that all teams and drivers know
very well, as we have spent several days preseason testing there. For this
weekend I'm very confident my team will give me a great car again and I'm
looking for to two podiums, with my focus entirely set to finish on the highest
step.
