During the past two weeks following the Snetterton
races I have once again been very busy. After the races I stayed in the UK
for another week spending two days testing my Carlin F3 car at Pembrey, where
we made good progress on the development of our car. On Saturday 22nd
I then attended the British International Motorshow in London
to represent the championship on its British F3 stand.
This was a welcome change and I must say I thoroughly
enjoyed this experience. Part of my duty was to set a lap time on a F1 style
simulator in Spa-Franchorchamps. I managed to set the fastest overall time in
front of my fellow British f3 colleagues. This was the perfect way to focus on
my next race which takes place at the before mentioned Spa-Franchorchamps
circuit.
Heading into this weekend, the joy of racing at this
amazing track comes above all, however traditional my Carlin Motorsport team
has always had a great car there which makes us very confident for the upcoming
races. I believe it will be tough at the front, still my aim remains to be on
the podium in both races, where I will be looking for my first win of the
season.
